Our Mission

Our all-women team aims to empower aspiring Arizona entrepreneurs and established businesses towards sustainable business models and practices, for a more environmentally resilient, socially flourishing, and economically thriving business ecosystem.

Offering business consulting and training

We offer consultations and programming for the adoption of sustainable business practices and models, including cooperative businesses, B Corps, benefit corporations, social enterprises, and more. Thrive Consultancy believes in the empowerment model, meaning that our consultations and programs are personalized and engaging. We want our entrepreneurs to gain a deep understanding of the changes they want to make, and to develop their businesses sustainably. 

Building out the business ecosystem

We work to build out the social enterprise ecosystem in Arizona, with a focus on the cooperative business model, providing educational workshops to the public and mobilizing to ensure that the financial, legal, institutional, governmental support systems are in place to foster the thriving of people- and planet- forward businesses.
